It's Only A Test - September 30, 2008

Hello all,
Since my surgery I have been doing a little better each day with physical therapy and much prayers. Thank you for your prayers and kind encouraging words. The little things we do sometimes make a big difference in the life of others. I thank God for all of you and all the prayer warriors in my circle. God bless you.

I have been wrestling with this topic, “It’s Only A Test.”
While on my way to therapy I head Bishop Larry Trotter’s song on the radio and this confirmed it for me. I never really liked tests in school. But I learned that if you’re paying close attention to the lesson and you carefully review, the result will passing. I also learned that if you are not paying attention and no review is done you fail that test and sometimes have to work twice as hard to pass the next test. So it is in life our tests can become valleys if we are not paying attention. The enemy will try to distract us from the lesson with many obstacles. i.e. self pity, doubt, depression and all types of obstacles and temptations.

Be encouraged because you are not alone. Our Father, Teacher and Deliverer has unlimited office hours. He wants to help you to overcome and to be successful. For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.- Jeremiah 29:11 Ask for help, ask question, seek a study group. As with all study groups make sure you do your own studying first. Knock on the door of wisdom and it will open for you.

I know it’s hard to stay focused with so many distractions. But this is apart of the test. Pay attention! less your test becomes a valley. Then the Lord said to Moses,"I will rain down bread from heaven for you. The people are to go out each day and gather enough for that day. In this way I will test them and see whether they will follow my instructions. -Exodus 16:4 Pay close attention to the next part later in the story. Moses said to the people, "Do not be afraid. God has come to test you, so that the fear of God will be with you to keep you from sinning."- Exodus 20:20 But how quickly we forget and lose focus. We begin focusing on our situation rather than looking to our Savior. We begin focusing on our problems rather than looking to the Problem Solver.

Stay focused, pray, give thanks. Review all the good things God has done. Read the word, study, ask for help. Don’t let your test become a valley. Praise The Lord Everybody!!! - August 31, 2008

Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Psalms 150:6

Praise is a weapon of warfare. It is not only for the mountain top victories but it is vital in the midst of your struggle,pain, battle or valley. I know it’s hard to praise and give thanks in the midst of trials. However, the hotter the battle the sweeter the victory. No time to host a pity party, offer up a sacrific of praise. Praise through the pain to Latter rain.

Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise--the fruit of lips that confess his name. Hebrews 13:15

It’s all about praising God for everything. Sometimes we forget and take certain things for granted. I know I’m guilty of this.
I was recently working out, trying to get in better shape so I can play and chase my son through the house. I was feeling pretty good about my workout, I felt like superman until I heard and saw my left knee snap. Then the pain and reality sunk in quickly. I tore my ACL & Minuscus. I’ll be having surgery next week. Keep me and my family in your prayers.

Praise the Lord!!! You must think I’m crazy. How can I praise God for that. I’m not praising for the injury but for the victories that came about as a result. I’ve lost almost 20lbs since the injury because I can’t sneak snacks in and my lovely wife has me on a healthy diet. Praise the Lord!!!
I was able to sit more and relax and enjoy my son. Praise the Lord!!! I was able to get more work done in my studio. Praise the Lord!!! it takes so much energy to get up and down the stairs with crotches it’s great workout for now. Praise the Lord!!! I was able to write, produce an mix a new song this week. You’ll hear it soon. Praise the Lord I had more time to read more and pray more. Praise the Lord!!!

Bonafide Information Before Leaving Earth - July 31, 2008

"The bible is our life's manual that leads us to our General
Commander in Chief who gives us live eternal. Reading the word it is very essential to your growth as a christian solider to admiral. In your life it has to be central, very crucial, important credential, it help us live up to our fullest potential. We need the word for survival for daily revival."

Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.
2 Timothy 2:15

I remember when I was a little younger, I would try to read chapters of the Bible at a time. I could be wide awake in the afternoon, but it seemed the more I read the sleepier I got. I tried this several times and the same thing happened most of the time. I shared this with some of my friends and they had similar experiences. I now know that the sleep attacks were a tool of the enemy to try to hinder my growth. Simply because the Bible is filled with interesting,bonafide, exciting,essential information for our lives. It's teachings and stories are timeless and are vital to our lives.

Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free. John 8:32
The enemy does want us to know the whole truth. He wants to keeps in bondage, in darkness and ignorance. In the Bible are words of wisdom. Wisdom to give you freedom from the enemy's kingdom. Christ has already paid the price for our sins. We don't have to continue to be slaves to sin. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. 2 Corinthians 3:17

It's very important to read the word of God. To know your rights as a child of God, to know the power and authority given to you by the Spirit of God. The Bible warned about false prophets. If you don't know the word for yourself, you will be deceived by them because they know the word well and know how to twist it to their benefit. The devil knows the word very well and even tried to use to tempt God himself. You can read about this in the book of Matthew Chapter 4. The Bible is our life's manual filled with Bonafide Information Before Leaving Earth. Read it, Share it, Live it.

Get Real With God and He Will Get Real With You - June 30, 2008

This topic has been on my mind for sometime. I had to do some praying and self assessment as well before completing this one.
God sees and knows what's in our hearts so you can fool man by putting on a great show but you can't fool your maker. It's a waste of time to be a faker with your maker. He knows your capabilities and wants to use you to fulfill your purpose within his will. We are all human and prone to failure. If we are willing to confess our short comings and turn them over to God, rather than pretending to be who we are not.

Until we remove the the mask we can't do our master's task. I'm far from perfect yet God still loves me. Luke 18:9-14 To some who were confident of their own righteousness and looked down on everybody else, Jesus told this parable: 10 "Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. 11 The Pharisee stood up and prayed about himself: 'God, I thank you that I am not like other men--robbers, evildoers, adulterers--or even like this tax collector. 12 I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get.' 13 "But the tax collector stood at a distance. He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said, 'God, have mercy on me, a sinner.' 14 "I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home justified before God. For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted."

Get real with God. Stop playing church. "Christian life is not a game, it is a sacred thing bought with blood and shame and pain, don't bother take it in vain, God sent his only begotten son to move the crimson stain of sin."-(excerpt from song " Not A Game" on Praise Dance Album.) Get real, be honest with yourself, be honest with God. The real joy unspeakable and full of Glory that God wants you to experience is far greater than the fake smiles and swallow fake momentary happiness. The peace that God wants you to experience in the midst of life's storms is far greater than pretending to be cool and going out back and punching the wall or all the other negative side effects of false peace. The love that God has for you and wants you to experience is far greater than the fake feelings you have towards certain people. You will be able to really love and forgive rather than tolerate.

Many blessings are in store for you. The real you that God sees in you and has called you to be. The great you, the best you that God created you to be. Only you can hinder your own blessings. You are given free will to choose to do good or evil, to live a life that's pleasing to God or one that stirs up his wrath. You can't hide from God and you can't run away from yourself. Take off the masks, get real with God cry out. He longs to hear from the real you. Turn away from every and anything that you know in your heart will hinder your blessings. 1 John 2:27 As for you, the anointing you received from him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about all things and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit--just as it has taught you, remain in him.

Get real with God and He will get real with you. Your life will never be the same. Don't deprive yourself. Claim your blessings in Jesus name, you are an heir to God's Kingdom. You are royalty. Put off the jester's mask and outfit and put on your royal robe. Get real with God and He will get real with you.

Our Mother's Day Miracle - May 10, 2008

I never really understood how much God loves me until I looked into the eyes of my son. Moses O’neil Cassells was born on May 8th 2008 at 7:13pm. He was 7lbs 2oz and 21 inches long. My strong healthy boy displayed his courage and strength by keeping his cool throughout the examination process at the hospital.

I learned a lot just by observing him look at me intently. His beautiful curious brown eyes, a head full of silky shiny black hair, his raised eyebrows. He is wonderfully made by God and with great joy I take on my duty and responsibility of training him up in the way he should go.

My beautiful wife Natasha is doing well in recovery after being the vessel of this miracle. I am praying and believing God for a speedy recovery. I knew my wife was a strong woman, but I had no idea I was in the presence of a warrior.

I am so thankful to God for my wife's mom Mrs. Renee Boozer, who has been so wonderful to us. Thank you for being with us and for all your help and advice. I am thankful for all my praying friends and family members. Thank you Jesus!!! There is power prayer! We are very blessed to have you in our lives.

I found out not long ago that both Tash and Moses will be home for Mother's Day! I am overjoyed to be spending this year's Mother Day with our first child, it's my wife's first Mother’s Day as mom! What a blessed Mother’s Day this will be for us. I plan to make it as special and as memorable as I can.

There’s no doubt in my mind as to how blessed I am and how much God loves me. I have a feeling this is only the beginning of greater things to come. I am motivated to be the best that I can be. To not just talk the talk, but to live a life that is pleasing to God. To set a a great example for my son, that he may grow up to be the man that God has called and made him to be. I thank God for this great blessing. My cup runs over with joy, love and peace. I know that I am loved and I am truly blessed.

Am I Too Dirty For Jesus? - April 19, 2008

Am I too dirty for Jesus? Is my lifestyle too filthy for his consideration? Is my past too nasty for Jesus. Are my thoughts too grimy for Jesus? Am I too dirty for Jesus?

No... The answer is no to all of the above. For several reasons. I’ll share a few with you. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8 God loves you and was thinking about you even when you weren’t thinking about him. And Jesus has already made a way for you to receive redemption and to be set freed from the chains of sin. Christ is the way the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father except through him. John 14:6

Jesus loves you. He wants to have fellowship with you. Invite him into your heart, your home, your life. It’s a free lifestyle upgrade;-) 10 While Jesus was having dinner at Matthew's house, many tax collectors and "sinners" came and ate with him and his disciples. 11 When the Pharisees saw this, they asked his disciples, "Why does your teacher eat with tax collectors and 'sinners'?" 12 On hearing this, Jesus said, "It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. 13 But go and learn what this means: 'I desire mercy, not sacrifice.' For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners." Matthew 9:10-13

Now King David’s lust after Uriah’s wife Bathsheba lead to a chain reaction of sin. He committed premeditated murder (He told Joab the chief commander of his army to put Uriah at the front of the battle and leave him unprotected.) he committed adultery (He took Uriah’s wife for himself), which lead to the death of the first child he had with Bathsheba. David confessed his sins and the Lord forgave him, had mercy on him and blessed him with another son named Solomon.

Jesus loves you, that doesn't mean he loves the crazy things we do or the stupid choices we sometimes make. Don’t get the message twisted. He hates sin, but he loves you, he sees greatness in you, he wants to recruit you for his service. Yes he wants to recruit you just the way you are. You can’t change or save yourself; only Christ can, so why not put your life completely in his hands. Whatever you’re struggling with drugs, sexual perversion, thoughts of murder, suicide etc. There are no problems too big for God to handle. Christ has already paid the price with his blood that never loses it’s power!!!

Don’t let your troubles keep you down. Give it to the Lord exchange your cross for a crown. Don't Be The Enemy's Puppet. - March 31, 2008

Don’t Be The Enemy's Puppet. We are in the midst of warfare whether we know it or not. I’m not talking about physical warfare, that one is quite obvious and being broadcasted with fear and trembling daily on the news. It’s the unseen warfare that is most unsettling.

One of the biggest con the devil could try to pull off is to convince people that he nor God exists. As children of Christ we have to be rooted and grounded in the word of God. We have to be fully armored, less we risk being the enemy's puppet.

Ephesians 6:11-17 11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; 15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

We cannot fight with our physical weapons, that’s just asking for a whooping. The enemy wants to use you,abuse you,kill and destroy you by any means necessary.
You have to be equipped with the right tools and know your rights as a solider in the army of God. You must have the whole armor of God to stand up, fight and let the enemy flee from your life and the life of your family.

Use your tools: Use the Sword of the Spirit of God to cut any strings attached between you and the enemy. Loose yourself with your Sword. Cover your mind with the Helmet of Salvation. Your mind is the battlefield. The mind controls your body. Who do you want in charge of that? Where your Helmet!!! Wear your Breastplate, it protects your heart and all your vital organs from attack. Loins have to be covered with Truth. The enemy will kick you right where it hurts if you let him. Seek after the things of the spirit and resist the lust of the flesh. Easier said than done, but through Christ you have the power to do all things. Have your Shield of Faith to bounce off the arrows, darts,bullets and bombs of the enemy. You must put on your Gospel Shoes to spread the good news and stomp out the blues. (I had to, felt the rhyme scheme coming;-)

Don’t be deceived the enemy is very organized,persistent and tricky. Ask the Holy Spirit for wisdom. Use the Sword of the Spirit to cut the strings attaching the enemy to your life. Get a spiritual check up done. Get a Holy Ghost Fire operation done to mend and to heal your wounds. Where the Spirit of the Lord is there is liberty.

Don’t be the enemies puppet. Loose yourself in the name of Jesus! Be set free today in Jesus name! Ephesians 6: 23-24 23 Peace be to the brethren, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. 24 Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. "Have To Go Through To Grow Through." - February 29, 2008

Sometimes in life we have to go through some trials, some struggles, some problems in order to grow through them. (let that marinate for a minute.) This was hard for me to put into words and to share. I prayed and cried over this one, but in hopes that it may bless somebody else, to inspire and encourage somebody to keep praying and growing through to breakthrough.

Have you ever gotten a ticket in front of your home for something you know you’re not guilty of? No witnesses come forward, so it’s your word against his. You think to yourself it’s probably easier and cheaper to pay the ticket than to get a lawyer and fight. Since I am already found guilty, why should I struggle in vain? Job 9:29
Don’t get me wrong. There’s a time to fight and a time to just let go and let God handle business. I’ve fought against false tickets with and without lawyers and won in the past. How do you know when to fight and when to let go? Pray, ask the Lord then listen.
It’s hard (yes it’s human to be angry) but you have to let go of certain emotions to be lead by the Spirit and not your own feelings on the matter. The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you. Romans 16:20

In college I learned a lot of life lessons, some good and some bad. I learned about and experienced racism, profiling, police harassment…. I also learned about love, compassion, forgiveness, patience, peace, joy and contentment. 12 I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. 13 I can do everything through him who gives me strength. 14 Yet it was good of you to share in my troubles. Phlilippians 4:12-14

I have learned to appreciate who I am, where I am, and what I have. I am thankful for God’s grace because where I could have been gives me chills. If I hadn’t gone through, prayed through, cried through some of my life’s trials. I wouldn’t have grown to be who I am, where I am or have anything. The lions may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing. Psalms 34:10

Life is sometimes harsh, rough and tough. Try not to get stuck in your rut. Cry out for help. Don’t just sit and whither by the wayside. Pray, seek guidance, counseling whatever you need to grow. The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon; Psalms 92 :12

I have decided to refuse to live the life of a victim. Jesus Christ has already overcome the world on the cross and I am more than a conqueror through him. No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. Romans 8:37 I am the victor, I am victorious, I am O’neil Cassells.

Happy New Year!!! - January 28, 2008

Happy New Year!!!
This is about the time when most of the resolutions are out the window and most of us are ready to give up on them. The year is new until the next one comes along. Whether your resolution was to try to eat healthier, lose some weight, quit an addiction, a closer walk with God. Whatever it is, keep trying and keep praying.

Each day is a new day a new start.
The world was not fully created in a day. We must take things one-step at a time, one day at a time. We are human so we have flaws and will make mistakes and fall off the wagon. But we have to get up and clean up and keep moving up towards the prize. 5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Proverbs 3:5-6.

We need each other’s help and we need the Lords help and guidance. We can’t change anything without God’s approval. And which of you with taking thought can add to his stature one cubit? Mt 6:27 /Lu 12:25
So pray, ask for help, ask for guidance, for strength to endure, ask for wisdom. Whatever you need to succeed God has it. Ask God to lead you to the right people for support and encouragement. Sometimes there are haters in the camp, so seek God first. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Matthew 6:33

Happy New Year!!! Happy New Day!!! This is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it. Don’t give up on yourself, keep trying, and keep praying. In everything seek God for wisdom so you’re not overwhelming yourself. God won’t give us more than we can bear. We sometimes take on more than we can handle. Know your limits, ask for help before and when you need it and keep trying, working, praying. Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Hebrews 12:1

Reason Fi Di Season - December 8, 2007

I am very thankful to God for the wisdom and patience to complete this Christmas Album. It almost didn't happen. There were so many obstacles but to God be the Glory, he made a way.
Reason Fi Di Season:

The Birth of Jesus Christ-Matthew 1-VS-18-25

18This is how the birth of Jesus Christ came about: His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be with child through the Holy Spirit. 19Because Joseph her husband was a righteous man and did not want to expose her to public disgrace, he had in mind to divorce her quietly.
20But after he had considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, "Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. 21She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus,[a] because he will save his people from their sins."

22All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: 23"The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel"[b]—which means, "God with us."

24When Joseph woke up, he did what the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took Mary home as his wife. 25But he had no union with her until she gave birth to a son. And he gave him the name Jesus.

This Christmas let's focus on the Reason for the Season as not to get tricked or caught up with Commercial Christmas. Jesus Christ is the Reason Fi Di Season.

Already Paid Fa - October 25, 2007

Your salvation is already paid fa.
Eternal life is already paid fa.
Wages of sin already paid fa, that's what Christ came fa...

Christ's forgiveness awaits you. Salvation await you. Many blessings await you. You don't have to prepare for it. It's already prepared for you. Come just as you are.

The most common as excuses are tricks of the devil to hinder you from receiving the great things that Christ has in store for you.
Some people may say, “I will as soon as I quit..... I will as soon as stop doing..... Once I get my life together I will turn my life over to Christ.”

We can't change or save ourselves and we don't need to, Christ will save and change you if you let him. He makes the difference. You don't have to face your troubles alone. He will guide you, strengthen you, help you, deliver you. Try him, trust him.

Before you were born, he died for you and made a way for you. He paid the price on the cross for you sins. No man comes to the heavenly Father but through him. He is the way the truth and the light. He is the door to heaven. He loves you and wants to live in your heart. Is there room is heart? Will you let him in?

All you need to do is talk to him.
Ask him to forgive you and make you a new person. Invite him into your heart. Ask him to help you with your struggles. He will comfort you, he will guide you, he never leave nor forsake you. Try him, you have nothing to lose. It's already paid for.

Sowing & Reaping - September 27, 2007

Don't give up!!! Keep on doing what you do for the Lord. Your harvest is closer than you think. We can't see with our physical eyes what God has instore for us. We can't always see the results or fruits of our labor. Even during the budding or blossoming season, if we are not intuned with the spirit of God we could miss our harvest.

Galatians 6:6-9 (NIV)
6Anyone who receives instruction in the word must share all good things with his instructor.

7Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. 8The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. 9Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.

Don't give up, don't give in. Keep holding strong until harvest comes. Jesus love you and so do I.
Your harvest is near. Don't give up!!! God bless you.

In The Valley - August 23, 2007

In life you have choices some more comfortable than others. In the valley you can sit in it or you can keep on moving towards your mountain of victory. Your mind is the battlefield. Being in control of your thinking is the fist step to keep effectively moving forward.
Pray, ask the Holy Spirit to guide your thoughts; Especially in the valley. This is where we tend to lose focus, our compass becomes on clear and we start to over react and freak-out. (Family problems,bills,loans,relationship problems,health issues,unnecessary drama....) Stop,Drop & Pray! (relax,breathe, remember God is in control. Just trust him.) He brought you to it, he'll bring you through it.
I am blessed.(Say it and believe it.) You are blessed! The enemy will do and try anything to distract or blindfold you from seeing how blessed you are; by putting obstacles and crazy circumstances in your way. We just need to call on God for strength and wisdom as we refocus and P.U.S.H. through to our mountain of victory. Keep moving,keep praying,stay focused on your blessings. God bless you.

When you are dealing with trials and tribulations. Be encouraged. In this world there will be many trials and tribulations. Be encouraged, Christ already overcame the world.(These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. John 16:33) We are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus.(37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. Romans 8:37)

Be encouraged, when people hate you, use you, abuse you, say false negative this about you. (10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. 12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. Matthew 5:10-12)Jesus has your back and he won’t give you more than you can bear.

Be encouraged when they try to destroy you, your family,your business,your ministry. No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper and any tongue that should rise up against you shall be condemned.(Isaiah 54:17) Whenever you are in trouble his Holy Spirit will guide you through it. He will never leave you nor forsake you. His Holy Spirit will comfort you.(16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; 17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. 18 I will not leave you comfortless:I will come to you. John 14:16-18)

Be encouraged. God cannot lie. He keeps his promises,his word stands true.(Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. Matthew 24:35,Mark 13:31,Luke 21:33)
God wants you to be successful.(And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God.Deuteronomy 28:2) He wants you to be the head and not the tail. The lender not the borrower.
Be encouraged. God knows and wants you to have what is best for you.(And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.Romans 8:28)

Be encouraged. God loves you unconditionally.(38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.Romans 8:38-39) (John 3:16) God Bless you. Give Thanks - July 26, 2007

I am blessed. I am thankful to God for all that he has done in my life and for the great things that he is about to do. I'm still learning as the Spirit of God leads and teaches me. One of my most difficult lessons thus far is giving thanks and praise in the midst of a valley. Whether the valley is financial, your health,family,temptations,shadow of death...whatever it maybe God is able to see you through. I personally experienced blessings from praising through storms. It's not easy. But when you decided to let go and let God take care of your business. You can have peace. Your joy is renewed. Now you're open to share and show love. The problem usually is, we spend too much time focusing on our situation, rather than looking to the solution. "Can I say it another way;-)" We spend too much time focused on our problems rather than turning them over to the Problem Solver. Haleluia!!!(This just blessed me) The more we give thanks is the more things we'll find to be thankful for. Think positive, cast all your burdens to Christ Jesus for he cares for you.
